    • 1tbs Irish Moss @ 30 min
    • 1oz Centenial @20 min (9.1% AA)
    • 1oz Cascade @10 min (7.4%AA)
    • 1oz Simcoe @0min (9.4%AA)
    • California Ale V (WL 051)

    24 Hours prior did a huge 2 liter starter with yeast nutrient & light DME.
